Firmware Update : This 'family' firmware file allows the user to upgrade any of the different Prodys IP codecs with one only file by using HeraFlashPlus version 2.7.0 or higher. In case your HeraFlashPlus version is not the latest one, please download the latest version.
REMARKS:
-To upgrade a unit to a firmware version equal or higher than 6.3.3, it is necessary to use HeraFlashPlus version 3.0.6 or higher. In case an improper version of HeraFlashPlus is used, the unit would not be upgraded correctly and might not start properly, but even though, it would be still able to get upgraded via HeraFlashPlus version 3.0.6 or higher.
NOTE: When upgrading to version 6.3.3, please export the configuration of the unit before the upgrading process, and import it after that. Due to some changes in the memory structure, and to avoid some data inconsistences , this version does not keep the original configuration.
-To upgrade a unit with a firmware version lower than 4.7.1, please upgrade the unit with the latest version of HeraFlashPlus to the firmware version 5.4.1, and then upgrade again from version 5.4.1 to the final one. Otherwise, the unit will not upgrade properly.

-This version is based on version 6.2.3 with one only change, fixing a bug related to the ISDN BackUp feature. Only in case the customer is using the unit with the ISDN line as a backUp of the IP link it is advisable to download this firmware verion and avoid using version 6.2.3 or version 6.1.1.
-To upgrade a unit with a firmware version lower than 4.7.1, please upgrade the unit with the latest version of HeraFlashPlus to the firmware version 5.4.1, and then upgrade again from version 5.4.1 to the final one. Otherwise, the unit will not upgrade properly. |
