Studio to Transmitter (STL)
In addition to the characteristics of the BRAVE protocol, Prodys rackmount units have certain features that make them ideal for installation in links between the studio and the transmitter.
Among the advantages offered by Prodys Quantum equipment, we can highlight:
- Bidirectionality: it is possible to have a return signal from the transmitter in the studio, which helps us to monitor the operation of the equipment.
- Web monitor: it is possible to listen to the Quantum codec output audio from the web control page, facilitating the maintenance of the equipment in locations that are difficult to access.
- File backup: in emergency situations, it is possible to play back a previously recorded file locally.
- Diversity 2×2: so you can group two links on the transmit side and two on the receive side, effectively creating a redundant and resilient communication channel.
- Remote management via ProdysControlPlus software.
