The purpose of these guidelines is to ensure the best possible performance of the equipment and to minimize potential issues during live event coverage.

📡Compatibility and usage recommendations

Following the tests carried out, the following compatibility with mobile operators is reported:

• AT&T: no incompatibility has been detected with Prodys equipment.
• T-Mobile USA: compatible with Prodys devices equipped with SIMCOM modems, provided they are updated to the latest available firmware version:
  • QuantumPlusFamily v2.3.6m.
  • Quantum2Family v3.0.4r

⚙️Additional recommendations

To ensure optimal performance in high-demand environments, we recommend:

• Using equipment equipped with SIMCOM modems and keeping them updated to the latest available firmware version.
• Using Diversity mode in audio connections when using SIM cards from different operators, in order to improve link stability and resilience.
