Sales Manager – Europe
Prodys is looking for a new Sales Manager to develop further European and Global markets to sell our range of audio and video encoding equipment. Target markets are broadcast, radio station, and public safety.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales orientated but with a technical mindset
- Knowledge of broadcast and/or video workflows
- Knowledge, willingness and proven track record of discovering new clients, not afraid to do cold calling, proposal writing, coordinating POCs, and closing deals.
- Weekly/Monthly reporting via CRM system
- Target driven
- Potential to be 50% traveling
- Fluent in English
- Expected to attend trade shows
- Build lasting relationships.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Candidates should ideally have a minimum 3 years’ sales experience in the broadcast and/or radio industry.
- Both direct and indirect (channel) experience, with a hunter mentality.
- Fluent in English. Other languages preferable.
- Target driven and results orientated.
- Understanding of broadcast, radio, and / or video technology and workflows
- Excellent communication with the ability to interact at all levels.
- Resourceful with good organizational skills and ability to work alone.
- Energetic, dynamic and self-motivated.
- Flexibility to travel nationally and abroad.
- Target driven
- PC proficiency, Microsoft skills and ability to understand some technical tools.
